Day 2

AUCKLAND WAITOMO ROTORUA

Auckland to Rotorua incl Waitomo Caves and Hobbiton Seat in Coach

Leave Auckland and travel through the lush farmland of the Waikato and King Country regions.

Tour includes Hobbiton Movie Set where you will see Hobbit holes, the Mill and many other structures from the movies and enjoy lunch at the Green Dragon Inn. Continue on to Waitomo Glowworm Caves and take a 45 minute guided tour through impressive underground caverns and a boat ride through the Glowworm Grotto..

After visiting Waitomo and Hobbiton, continue to Rotorua, arriving in the early evening.

ROTORUA

Visit Te Puia geothermal reserve, Rainbow Springs and the Agrodome for an entertaining show featuring sheep dog demonstrations. The tour returns to the hotel.
